Last night I was flipping through my notebook and found an exercise I'd done a while back called "10 Grand Adventures"
I think it's from the book Vein of Gold by Julia Cameron, but don't hold me to it...
Anyway, goes like this:
Number your page from 1-10. Each sentence starts "A great adventure I'd love to have is..."
Don't think too much, just go.
Here's mine.
1. A great adventure I'd love to have is riding a cross country course.
