Doing the 4 week Spring Challenge with Sparkpeople. Looking forwards to upping my exercises and just to keep moving. I surprised myself by being able to do 10 mins of straight cardio on the video.
Usually I just walk for 20 mins. I couldn't do the kicks and some of the knee stuff, but I just marched in place and did what I could for the entire video. Felt great
Feeling positive about this commitment.
