Here we go again...Exercise is hard again.

I did 15 min of floor exercise and .5 miles pushing the toddler over the farm. I want to do some sweat a cize for at least 30 minutes but I keep getting sidetracked. I am not being lazy but I get 1.5 hours a day to do this and I end up doing chores, meals, and grabbing me time instead. I was supposed to hp a friend sort through her RV full of stuff in prep for the garage sale this week end ....for the second time in 2 weeks I got stood up... It was her stuff!! I was hoping touse that for exercise but ...nooo. I get home do all ear care for the 3 dogs, load and unload a dryer, garbage, eat, and just relax. I am so done. Not even a spark of interest in exercise. Just frustrated wit me especially cuz I had a volcano burrito for lunch and OUCH never again.... over the limit today!! Never skip breakfast and lunch!!
I started eating at 2pm and did not stop until 9pm.
NOT a good day!
Thank goodness there is a tomorrow.

    There is always tomorrow! Try for 10 minutes of exercise in your busy day! The "me" time is important!
