Supreme 90 Day Workout Day 3 Rest

Trying to keep the blogs consistent so there are 2 today.

For 90 Day Supreme WD 3 was scheduled rest, I pulled out an old Denise Austim Yoga DVD for my workout and to try to loosen up. It helped but I think the soak in the bath will be better.

DS did his portion of his workout and I followed right behind him. He did crunches, pushups and pull ups. I tried the pull ups and was able to do 3 that is 3 more than I could the time I tried before so that is good. I know it has something to do with the sore body, that too will go away so I am not worried and it is not a hurt it is just a muscle soreness, should be fine tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a great night, it is way past my bed time.

90DS WD4 is Tabata Inferno, hope I can survive this one.

3 pull up is awesome!!! 3 more than I can do.
Good luck with the Tabata Inferno. It sounds hard.

    Great job on the workout. I think I will do some yoga tonight. emoticon on doing the pull ups!
