So here I am again....badly needing the motivation to get moving back in the right direction. So I logged my food for today, I was a little over on my calories, but I wrote it all down.
My goals for tomorrow are to again, write all my food down, drink all my water.

    Exercise is what always seems to get me back on track -- when I am exercising, I don't want to waste all that hard work, so I eat more mindfully.

  I STARTED OVER AGAIN ,MY MOTIVATION IS TO GET HEALTH & LOOSE THE WEIGHT. THIS MORNING I EXERCISED FOR 30 MIN. ,THAT IS GOOD FOR ME. NEXT I MADE COPIES OF THE MENU OF THE WEEK . THEN I LOGGED ON TODAY'S MENU , HOW I FELT AFTER EATING THE MEAL ( IF I LIKED IT OR SUBSTITUTED IDEM OR CHOOSE A DIFFERENT MEAL.) WE HAVE THE MOTIVATION, NOW WE NEED TO PUT IT TO WORK emoticon

  I have found that logging in everyday helps to keep me on track and when I cheat I log it too and try not to be to hard on myself. You can do this and if you have a bad day it's only one day! Don't be so hard on yourself and don't forget to give yourself the praise for the things you do right. Good Luck!
