I am starting a new challenge Monday 04/30-05/26 that I am super excited about. It is tackling my biggest problem head on! Eating!
I make excellent choices 89% of the time but that 11% that kills me on the scale.
My goals for this it stay with in my ranges by not going under or over my ranges. This will be hard for me as I am not the best at tracking, which I need to do!
My next goal is going to be a hard one for me, no chips. From day one till the end! I tend to go crazy when you put a bag of chips in front of me! It is just not acceptable. In places of this mindless eating of chips I will be eating healthy snacks, like fruits and vegetables.
I also want to try new foods. I will make at least one new recipe a week and blog about it!
All the while I will continue doing Shakeology once a day! I have only been doing it for a little over a week and love it!
