It is embarrassing how many time I have attempted to lose weight and lost only to gain. I just started a semi vegan diet (this is during the week) fish and poultry on weekends . I am enjoying tofu, nutrional yeast, and veggies this is the first time I feel like I am not dieting but making a lifestyles change
