I just found this site from a Yahoo article about a woman who lost 103 lbs. At her heaviest, she weighted about what I do now, and she looked great at her current weight! That's my motivation. Unfortanetly I didn't find this site until after my big bad lunch from Wendy's, so dinner tonight will be veggies and fruit. I did get out and walk on my "smoke break" (since I don't smoke). It's warming up so I need to get out and walk before lunch. I did avoid the dreaded cookie/ice cream break at work today though. Baby-steps! Going to ride the horses this afternoon, so that will kill some of those lunch calories. I need to get back to working out at the gym again too.
