Ok completed Day 2 of the 90 Day Supreme workout last night and must have rolled off or last that ball a thousand times, but I did not give up. Was I frustrated? A little bit yes, did I let it stop me? No way! Today my legs are super sore and upper body still sore from Monday's workout. Today on the schedule it should be a rest day, but I think I will pull out a Yoga DVD, jsut to try to relax a little. Yoga is always soothing to me.
I will be working on some schedules for the girls basketball team for the summer later today, should be fun. DS has decided that he wants to workout now on a regular basis. WooHoo! With the foods he loves to eat he will need it. I have a light workout planned for him starting on Monday. He asked me if I would do the workouts with him and my answer was of course I will. He said ok, then told me we could be each others motivation (tear in the eye). If you know my DS he does not express his feelings much so the little things he says or does means a lot to me as a mom and to think that he wants to me workout with him was great.
Gotta go do some things at work.
