emoticon of The Biggest Loser Challenge #19 (aka BLC19).

DAY 1 WEEK 1

I went on a 40 minute walk with my dog and had to do the TNT (Tight 'N Tone) Thursday challenge today because tomorrow I will not be home enough to do it (I hope that is okee-dokee?) After I entered my fitness minutes for the day, I decided to make myself a little avatar online:

The Tight End bit is the 'Inter-Team' I am on within the Teal Troopers, my BLC Team this round. I was a Crimson Butterfly in BLC17, so I wish my former team mates much success this round! This challenge runs for 12 weeks, so hopefully by the middle of July I will be 10+ pounds less!

My Goals This Round:

1-Drink 64 ozs water daily
2-Get in at least 10 mins of exercise daily
3-Do the TNT every week
4-Make healthy eating choices
5-Workout on the elliptical at least 3x's a week for 30 mins each time

    BLC19 is a team here on SparkPeople and they run 12 week challenges throughout the year. The team makes their own rules up, that's why I was asking if doing the challenge for tomorrow was okay to complete today.

    Question: Are you actually speaking of the tv show "Biggest Loser"

I am not sure about doing today what would be for tomorrow? I wish it would work, but just try to get some activity in tomorrow if at all possible.

It is great that you have a a plan in place and have goals. I am working on mine as well as I just signed up for the site yesterday.
