I've stuck to my diet for a week and I've lost over 2 pounds! Of course, I originally weighed in on a day when I know I was very bloated, but still, it's results.
It's great to see the results on the scale, but I've definitely noticed that I'm way grouchier than usual. It's a difficult trade-off. I want to lose weight and feel happy in my body, but to do so, I have to get through a period of time when I'm really grumpy because I'm not eating as much as I'd like to.
I'm in the recommended calorie range and I don't feel hungry exactly. It's more like I'm in a sort of edgy bad mood. Not a lot of fun. But... I'm losing it!
