Well I'm off and running (well not literally) but I WILL be shortly! I've been frustrated with myself for not following through with anything long enough to make a difference long term in my weight. I'm very healthy and active, but of course, can improve! I do so much better with excercise to be in a group and push myself harder, so I'm hoping this will work for me as well, in getting to my goal weight. I truly don't want to be ultra thin and spend all my time worrying about food, I love it way too much, but I don't want to keep adding an extra 5 to 10 lbs a year as I age either.
