Weighed in last night and took before pictures for the 6 week challenge. Weighed in at 208!! that means ive dropped about 5 pounds without really evern trying.
Waking up at 5:45 in the Gym at 6:15 is getting easier every time and i love the feeling of being done for the day! I honestly dont think i have ever been this motivated. Week one starts on the 26th and im excited to see where this challenge is going to take me both mentally and physically.
