So I have a confession to make...I am quite possibly addicted to coffee.
I like my coffee 2/3 coffee 1/3 creamer. Maybe 50/50 lol
But since starting the Atkins diet, I had to cut it completely because I cant afford to lose half my carb intake on just creamer!
So after doing some research I found this lil amazing recipe.
Heavy whipping cream
Sugar free Coffee Syrups (like Torani brand)
Its very, very, close to actual coffee creamer but with NO carbs.
Just be sure to double check which heavy cream you are using. We actually picked pre-whipped cream. It was a money saver for us, since we can also use a bit to top our sugar-free (also carb free) Jell-o pudding cup!
I am one happy woman today! Its delicious!
