April 25

Only today and tomorrow to get through and then it's time for some relaxation and non-scheduled days. Yay!

A nice day of raining yesterday, more to come today. Once the sun comes out again, things will green up pretty fast. It's a nice gentle soaking in kind of rain. Exactly what is needed.

I'm on day four of drinking my kefir milk. I have a small glass in the morning and then one again in the evening. Is it doing anything...possibly...I've noticed that the swelling in my right knee is going down. As well, a wart that I've had for almost 2years on the top of my foot seems to be getting smaller. I've had everything possible done to try and get rid of it and it's stubborn. It's been burnt, it's been scraped and had ointment applied. I've tried several natural methods and it's not budged. Now it appears to be getting smaller. Is it my imagination...not sure. All I know is that kefir is filled with probiotics,

My positives:
Almost holiday time.
A nice gentle rain that is soaking into the earth and my garden areas.
Almost caught up completely with my workload at work...makes going away for a few days much nicer.
Blessed with so many things, life, health, love, family and friends....the important things in life.

Have a great and wonderful day.

It'll be interesting as time goes on to see how your body is affected by drinking that milk, this is something I may just have to look into, keep us posted. I am so glad you are getting some away from work time, you have been very busy at work lately and I am sure a break would be nice. I really liked the quote this morning. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
