YAY!!! 2 separate five minute sessions on my gazelle and a 12 minute cardio workout! And then a good stretch. I am feeling pretty good right now. It may not be a major workout... but it is a start. And more than I have done in over a year! Now for a cool shower! I bet I sleep good tonight!!!
