I did 20 min on my bike inside and it was nice

I am doing a little better and I am going to take you'll advice by taking it one day at a time and change one thing at a time and see how that goes. I got on my bike in the house and rode it for 20 min while I read my joyce meyers book, so it was nice to do that. I am going to try and do this erveryday for this week or at least something for 10 to 20 min a day. Next I will need to start on cnahging up foods and adding new food in and see how that goes. Have alot going on with the kids and there school because they get out nest month , so busy busy busy. I hope that you all have a great day and I am very greatful for all that read my blog and gave me tips. Thanks emoticon I will see everyone tommorow and will check out my new teams then as well.     Slow and steady wins the race. If you miss a day on your bike do not beat yourself up. It is part of the learning curve when making changes in your life.
