I have two solid days under my belt! Yesterday I was under calories by about 100 (making up for MAJOR overage on Sunday) and jogged 3.3 miles. Today I am on track for about the same calories, and just got back from a 3.5 mile walk. Yesterday seemed easy, but today I had to fight the urge to drive on by restaurants on the way home. Made it, though, and made healthy chicken soft tacos for dinner.
I went a different way than my normal neighborhood route for the walk tonight and I like it a lot. It's 3-3.5 miles with only a couple of big hills and not a lot of back-and-forth along the same route like my usual way. Tomorrow I plan to jog it.
