I hit all of my nutritional goals on the same day! I only have macronutrient goals, because I'm not junk food eater, and don't use processed foods very often.
I hit Protein, fats, carbs, and calories - in range - today, with nothing left over and nothing over budget!
I'm going to have to say this is mostly the result of weighing and measuring all my foods for the 21-day healthy habit challenge!
This has been a GOOD DAY!
