Ok, this week was my kick off... my trial run. Now I am ready to get serious. I logged everything I ate and drank. I stayed within my ranges all but 2 days. (1 day I was 44 calories short and one day I was 202 calories over). Over all, not bad. I have not started exercising yet. I lost 4 pounds. Let me say that again: I LOST 4 POUNDS!!! Not as much as I would have liked, but I am still EXCITED!!!!!! Tonight the exercise starts. Tonight, the real journey begins. No turning back and not giving up. AND NO MORE EXCUSES!!! I can't wait to see what week 2 has to offer.
