Ok, so less than 2 weeks to go till the half...I started to taper down my long runs, running 8 miles last Saturday ( since it was pouring rain in ny on Sunday) then went to work!!! Ouch, I was tired by the end of Saturday!!! So this week is continuation of my short runs then a 5 mile run this Sunday ...I'm running a race with my mom ( she's walking with her job) but again, it's supposed to rain... Hopefully it stays dry for the 5k...I'm hoping to runt the 3.1 miles and the just continue to make it 5....we will see how funny it looks to continue running AFTER you finish the actual race!!!!
I also started anew diet with. My husband...made it 3 Hrs and then was feeling I'll from no carbs.... Oh well!!! Back to my normal routine..at least until the half is over!!!!
