April - Update week 3 - Lost 2 lbs

This week has ended positively with a lost of another 2 lbs. I thought I wouldn't make it since over the week-end I ate whatever I wanted (cheesecakes, all sorts of pasta & rice salad...). I really have to continually stay focus on my weight goal.

Starting weight: 233 lbs
End of April week 4: 194 lbs
Total weight loss: 39 lbs

- Treadmill for 1 hr

- 2 apples
- chicken & salsa

- Chicken & vegetables.
- apples
