i can't believe I am blogging again two days in a row WOW
Like some of you I am trying to get back to blogging, Logging and exercising again.
I also need to learn not to get so obsessed with this point thing and trophies etc.
I need to focus on the important things like what I'm eating and logging all food and my exercise. But the point thing is so much fun. emoticon
Anyway.. Making a nice ham sandwich with tons of veggies and my favorite Special K Sea Salt Chips and a HUGE glass of water.

Next Monday will be my first official weigh in for a solid week of eating and exercising properly. I hope I am impressed.

    Yes! I know what you mean. I get totally hooked on the point thing & it's like a personal challange to see how many I can get in one day. Also, trivia has become another challange to see if I can learn & retain what I'm reading daily. Gotta keep the brain exercising also!
Good for you for blogging and logging. I've been writing more on my planner. Kinda using it as a dairy for all my personal things that I wouldn't put in a blog.
Just keep up doing whatever you enjoy!!!

    Merry Christmas in April! If the points hook you into using the web site to log food and exercise, then I say have as much fun with points as you can! Hoping along with you for Monday. Please also keep your mind open to those non-scale victories: having fun with points, learning about yourself & your health, feeling positive and excited, having more energy, clothes fitting better, sleeping more soundly!
