i can't believe I am blogging again two days in a row WOW
Like some of you I am trying to get back to blogging, Logging and exercising again.
I also need to learn not to get so obsessed with this point thing and trophies etc.
I need to focus on the important things like what I'm eating and logging all food and my exercise. But the point thing is so much fun.
Anyway.. Making a nice ham sandwich with tons of veggies and my favorite Special K Sea Salt Chips and a HUGE glass of water.
Next Monday will be my first official weigh in for a solid week of eating and exercising properly. I hope I am impressed.
