Yesterdays workout and diet

Boy am I sore today. I am soooo feeling yesterdays workout. I did 40mins of NMTZ, and I was sweating buckets. I think I did REALLY well with the exercises, surprisingly since I havent done that one in a long time. It is not my favorite workout but I know it works!!!
I did go over my calories by about 150, but not too bad. I ate healthy all day and did not do any cheating.
Im glad I got one workout out of the way. Now today I will probably do cardio (BFBM) and I will aim to do the whole video, (I think its like 50 mins). Then on Wednesday I will do some upper body strength training. Then if I feel up to it, I will go for an extra workout on Thursday.
