Take the T or I?

I've gone completely out of my mind and joined a gym. I decided to take the no holds barred approach. I'm doing all that it will take to reach my goal. One thing I didn't count on was the pain of the no holds barred fitness assessment. I now know why big muscly guys walk around with their arms elbow out instead of down at the sides. It's because they have worked out so hard that they can not straighten out their arms even if they wanted to!

I now need to stock my supplies with a pain reliever and I have to say I am quite disappointed with Tylenol aka Acetaminophen because it did not do a gosh darn thing for me. I still had to sleep with the heating pad and I still woke up stiff (yes, I'm stretching). So today I realize that its not just pain but inflammation and Acetaminophen doesn't really do much for that (at least not for me). I need my friend I and E, yes that is Ibuprofen and Epsom salt cause my PT is going to kick my A in gear and I am actually going to let him.

FYI - this is the only time in my life I have allowed someone to kick my A and thank them for it.

    You sound quite motivated. Good for you. For pain, I find one tylenol for paina nd one Ibuprofen for swelling and inflamation is a match made in heaven. Good luck along your journey and always remember that emoticon
