Last week was better than before but hard with a long weekend away to the mountains. We were able to exercising which was good but did not balance the rich eating. So, here the last full week of April and I want to finish strong.
Bible Study:Final week of my Deeper Still, continue with daily Bible reading
Exercise: Bodyvive class:M,W,F and Prevention Strength routine T,TH and walking or biking 20-30 min off days from aerobics class.
Tracking Food: This one is big, I'll aim for tracking a majority of the week, 4 complete days. Mani/pedi if reach this goal (need motivation)
