How I Did:

Physical Goals:

1) emoticonToo much coffee

2) emoticonmeasured more times than not so I guess that is a yes.

3) emoticonpretty sure I was under but close to calorie range.

Exercise Goals

1) emoticonNo to everything and this concerns me a lot. I am afraid if this doesn't go away soon I am going to lose everything I have gained.

Mental Goals:

1) emoticonDid some reading yesterday on gardening. If the snow would stop coming maybe I could apply some of this.

Spiritual Goals:

1) emoticonDid meditate or at least attempted it.

2) emoticonDid pray

Well pretty discouraged here. The only thing that has kept me from just packing it in is my team mates ( you know who you are ). Things like this cold have sabotaged efforts before but with the support I have been getting it isn't going to happen. Going to Doctor tomorrow and see if I can get something for the coughing. Headache sore ribs and no sleep from coughing is not good. I can feel the difference in my energy as well. Non existent. I was making such good progress as well. The positive here is I won't go back to square one and I will hopefully be back soon. Thanks for the support.

    Peter,

I'm holding you in prayer. This, too, shall pass.

Okay Thing, its Butt Kicking time! you CAN do the 10 minute thing for sure. i'll betcha there is even a thing on the fitness page for how many calories you can burn from coughing. if it is done properly!

As long as you allow us to, we WILL be here picking on you and making sure you are on the ball. Get well soon and until then, just do 10!

I 2nd what Jane said, just 10 minutes.. all you need to do is to commit to 10 minutes.
that is what I did I will NEVER forget when I started out 2 years ago.. I committed to walking on the treadmill at the Y for 5 minutes when someone told me to do that I said your nuts.
but I did I got dressed went to the Y got on the treadmill walked 5 minutes at .20 speed, got off went back to the locker room got dressed and went home.
now come on.. I thought but you know, all on the way home from the Y I was looking forward to the next day.. and so can you..
Love ya bud. You can do this
