Physical Goals: 1) Cut coffee to 4 cups per day
2) measure food portions
3) track food and stay within 1700 - 2050
1) C25K Mon Wed Fri
2) Bike Tue Thu Sat
3) Stretching Mon to Sat
4) Sit Ups & Push Ups Mon to Fri
Mental Goals : Gardening Study 1 Hour per day
Spiritual Goals: 1) Meditate 20 min per day
2) Pray morning and night
How I Did:
Too much coffee
measured more times than not so I guess that is a yes.
pretty sure I was under but close to calorie range.
No to everything and this concerns me a lot. I am afraid if this doesn't go away soon I am going to lose everything I have gained.
Did some reading yesterday on gardening. If the snow would stop coming maybe I could apply some of this.
Did meditate or at least attempted it.
Well pretty discouraged here. The only thing that has kept me from just packing it in is my team mates ( you know who you are ). Things like this cold have sabotaged efforts before but with the support I have been getting it isn't going to happen. Going to Doctor tomorrow and see if I can get something for the coughing. Headache sore ribs and no sleep from coughing is not good. I can feel the difference in my energy as well. Non existent. I was making such good progress as well. The positive here is I won't go back to square one and I will hopefully be back soon. Thanks for the support.
