I applied for another shift at work this past week, and I got it! I am currently on a third shift position, and it is killing my diet and exercise (not to mention, I have no life on my days off - I sleep them away)! I am now moving to second shift, which starts next month (in like a week). I am so excited! I think this 3 pm - 11 pm shift will work out much better for my lifestyle. I like to go to bed early and wake up early.
In other news, I am back on Atkins diet. I have been straying on and off for a couple of weeks, and my weight loss will soon reverse itself if I don't figure out what I am doing. So, this morning I had induction pancakes! I added some flax seed to put some fiber back in my diet.
Anyway, I hope all of you are having a great week so far! Let's make this week a good one.
Goals for the Week:
- Stick to my diet, which I will plan a day in advance.
- Drink up that water!
- Cut back on caffeine (no more caffeine pills for me - only two shifts on 3rd left!)
- Eat plenty of veggies and a salad per day!
- Get in plenty of exercise, but at least 3 times for the rest of this week! 30 minutes a session, minimum.
