Day 2 - Moving forward

Ok, Day 1 is behind me and I'm looking forward to another 'good' day.
I decided to get back to the basic's of Water / Tracking / Exercise. Yesterday I drank the 8 glasses of water and stayed within my WW points and ate healthy. Is their room for improvement? Oh yeah....... I did not get any exercise in due to a very long work day. That's ok, I've long stopped beating myself up over not doing something. Instead, I just need to rework my plan for the week in order to meet the exercise goal I set for myself.
Water - 8 glasses
Tracking - Stay within my WW points
Exercise - packing and moving boxes (friend is moving). If I get to her house early I will take a walk around her neighborhood.
One day at a time here..........
