I nailed it

Monday, April 23, 2012

I did my Jillian Michael's Body Revolution and part of TurboFire 45EZ. The Jillian Michaels workout was a tough one but I did it and burned over 500 calories. I waited to late into the day to do TurboFire and it got hot in my house so I will not be doing that anymore. So this summer I will be working out early in the morning when the house can be set lower. We are on a plan that our electricity is lower from 7pm-12pm then it becomes more expensive after that. So we set our themostat lower durning those times then bring it up when it is more expensive.

During the TurboFire workout I started to feel light headed and not very good so I stopped. I think it was because I go too hot. It also could have been because I did not really exercise a lot the last two weeks.

i know the heat is COMING, its horrible. we have a swamp cooler too, so we have been able to stay cool for a while but once summer hits its gonna be AC at 80. at least i say 80, but HD says 76 and we usually fight back and forth between 78-79 lol

Light headed could be a blood pressure drop, too, especially if you haven't been feeling well. Hope you feel better soon!

One of the things I've done is set up a portable fan to blow directly on me while exercising - that might help keep you cool, too.

My DH decided to cook his breakfast while I was working out. I had to tell him to turn on the range fan. I had to pause just to cool down just a little. What are you using to count calories burned if you don't mind me asking?

I hate working out when it's too hot, too, although "too hot" here is probably like winter for you!
