Week 17 Resolution: Set Long Term Goals

The only way I can see this being effective is by knowing what you want and then planning. (Is that obvious or no?)
I am currently training for a 5K mud run. I've wanted to do it since I was a spectator last year. For 9 months I've not worried one iota about it and was nothing but excited about trying something new, fun and exciting. But now the nervousness is creeping in the closer it gets. Before, just finishing was all that was important to me....now it's actually just showing up.
