I have been away for 8 days, visiting DD and Gds's. We had a wonderful week and I got to spend some quality time with Simon and Paul and Karin.
Seems every time we do get to gether, it is an event reason and we have no time to sit and talk or get time with one another.
I ate well and carefully and , although my regular weighin day is MOnday, I am going to weighin tomorrow morning and post it as my weight for last week.
I am going to get back to tracking my baby steps and making progress on my itty bitty goals. These are enough for me right now.
Tomorrow I plan to walk for 15 minutes
Stay within my calorie range and start to work on choosing healthy options
Track my calories and my fitness
That's enough for this week. I will make it my purpose to meet these goals every day this week until SUnday when I want to blog again and choose next weeks goals.
