"Don't treat your body like a trashcan." Don't be a victim of cleaning your plate any longer! It's okay to throw away food. It either goes to waste in the trashcan, or sitting in your stomach. You will ultimately be happier if it's sitting in the trashcan... you're not having extra calories and feeling like crap. No more emotional eating! No more feeling guilty if you throw it away! Get rid of the clean-your-plate mentality!
