When I first started losing weight, about fall 2010, something just clicked. I was doing weight watchers and working out about 5 days a week at the gym pretty consistently. I did was I was "supposed" to do and guess what, I lost weight! Then I got tired of tracking every bit of food I ate and I sort of gave up. I still exercised, but I ate whatever I wanted. Now, a year and a half later, I weigh 20lbs less which is an accomplishment, but I am still fighting the same fight. I have issues with food plain and simple. I don't track, I beat myself up about it, and my weight stays exactly the same. I work out pretty hard in my opinion, and I feel that I have nothing to show for it. I want to get rid of these last 10lbs! NOW! Why am I having so many problems??? Heres to another week!
