I was able to bike today at resistance level 2-5 (10-25% of maximum resistance) for 40 minutes. I was able to straighten my leg immediately afterwards, which made me happy.
On the minus side, I had some minor pain in my knee associated with the biking that kicked in abut 35 minutes into the ride. I was hoping to go for a full 45 minutes, but rather than risk injury, I cut things short.
After my ride I finished with 8 reps of perfect form dips (no weight belt).
