I've been wallowing around next to the bandwagon for far too long. I've been making relatively good meal choices, but not ideal, especially not in relation to portion.
Also, I've been doing just about no exercise, unless you count giving a 1 hour massage 5 times a week. But even though that's a lot of lunging, it's also a lot of leaning off your lunge.
But I do love me some nuts as a mid-afternoon snack (see what I did there?). It's not so bad. An ounce of nuts, about 150-160 calories. I just had cashews. They went faster than expected, and I learned something. They don't make me chew enough to slow down.
So I prefer almonds. Mmmmmm almonds. Too bad I'm out. And I have these cashews to finish so I'm not wasteful. Because then I'd basically be just tossing cash in the trash and I don't have the money to spare doing that.
