The last few days have been testing on the food and exercise front - not much will power here! I love love love cake, and chocolate, and if I'm to give myself every chance of success at not only losing weight but introducing a long term healthy living programme, I need to move cake and chocolate back to the 'treat' status that they should have.
First step is to take a week off form nice things - if I manage a whole week of no cake and chocolate, then I can have a special treat on the weekend.
Oh, and I plan to take the full programme of exercise this week - should I stumble, my back up plan is to read the blogs and articles to keep me inspired!
