Monday blues

Not feeling so great today, between allergies and mother nature. This is one of those days it would be so easy to skip my workout. But I already made up my mind I won't. I brought all my workout stuff with me, and the bag is sitting in my office where I can see it. I will not talk myself out of it. If I want to reach by goal of 215 by June 20th, I really need to keep my workouts consistent.

    I hope that you feel better soon. I know the Monday Blues can really throw you for a loop. Listen to your body though, if you start to feel woozy or off. Then perhaps some gentle exercise would be the way to go.

    I hear ya, Monday's stink and allergies certainly don't help! It's awesome that you're still going to hit the gym even when you could easily skip, I have a hard time doing that myself!

    If you are feeling unwell, then don't beat yourself up with it. Maybe try some gentle exercises like walking?
