4-23... Plan of action

I think I have said it before I love Monday's because it is a day that I start the week out right.. this past weekend was not a bust like some weekends are. I was in check with my eating and staying on track.. little relaxed yesterday when I had to try out a brownie pudding that I made for my family.. what I was impressed with was that I did not finish the whole thing off like I would of in the past.. a taste was all I needed. I know that things have changed for me when I can put the fork down.. it was moving in the right direction.
and with that, it has me thinking that is where I should be moving, "forward" stop looking back at the past of what I did last week, last month, last year.. move forward and upward.. not backwards.. I am ready.. and with that my plan for the day is:
1. Get 45 minutes of work out in on Pilates machine
2. Clean up the house
3. Eat a healthy lunch and dinner
4. Write out 3 things I should let the interviewer know about me that
will make them want to hire me.
5. Spread the spark
today is a no stress day.. keep it simple and keep going strong
I can do it..
