Day 113: ok, New Start, New Week!

Yesterday was a bust as far as blogging went. lol! But hopefully today will be just right again.

Looking at last week's weigh-ins..
Sunday:167.4
Monday:168.6
Tuesday: 168
Wednesday: 167
Thursday:167.2
Friday:167.4
Saturday:167

and then Yesterday..
Sunday:167.4 AGAIN! lol!

But today...
Monday: 166.2!!! A new low! Not sure how that happened! lol!

So, last week was a roller coaster of hormones and bloating. BUT this week I WILL jump off this roller coaster! I WILL have a loss at the end of this week! I WILL lose at LEAST 2 pounds this week to make up for last week! I CAN DO THIS!!!

    Have a great week! I weigh in daily too and I know "you're not supposed to" but if it keeps me on track and works for me, then I'm going to do it! I do see a lot of fluctuation from day to day. I usually know why, other times its unexplainable. I compare week to week, more than day to day. Tues to Tues and Fri to Fri etc.
Keep doing what works for you!!

    Try not to obsess over your weight. I have read that this can do more bad then good in the end. Since you seem to be fluctuating I wonder do you track your sodium? A lot of people don't but it could mean a fluctuation in your water weight especially if you are having it more some days and not a lot on others. Good luck to you and your journey!
