The Best Birthday Present...1/2 Way to Weight Loss Goal

Happy Birthday to me!
Seriously, I don't celebrate big on my birthday. It is more of a personal day of gratitude and reflection. Then today, when I got on the scales, I received a personal gift that filled me with profound gratitude. I hit the 1/2 way mark to my weight loss goal!
I'm tickled to have checked off these other significant steps since December 29, 2011:
Ran a 10K race
Ran 10 miles this weekend
Dropped my resting heart rate to 54
Dropped from a size 16/18 to 10.
Upped my regular cardio workout from 1o min. a day to 60 min+ 6 days a week.
So much more to conquer...but today...I'm celebrating. I am grateful! This body of mine is gettin' it together at 53!
