Week 1, Complete. Week 2, go!

Alrighty, so, Week 1, my goals changed. I'm not sure when I ran across the site, but I've been using My Fitness Pal for a week now. I have tracked every day, and wow, some of it's an eye opener. But 7 days straight tracking! Woohoo me! The link to my Fitness Pal Profile is:

My next part of my plan? Exercise. Yeah, I've said it before. But I have challenged my husband to lose some of his weight and tone up, and he looked at me and said only if I did too. So...CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!

I do not have a goal date right now. I think I'm going to give it a month (May 16th) to see what my progress is before I actually put a date on my Goal. But, I am progressing in the right direction. Hopefully I will have lost something. I will weigh in the morning, before work.

    Spark Support is what's kept me going the most. This site has shown me that I'm not the only one with these challenges and hurdles to get through. I'm not always on here as much as I'd like but I do like to read how other people are doing. It's Inspirational. It is nice to visually see how I'm eating and honestly, it's not that bad. It's the sugary drinks I need to get rid of, and every day it seems harder and harder. I think I'm going to go cold turkey for the next 2 days and see if that does it. I love my Dr Pepper, it's my only vice, but I realize now that it's not good for me. And a relationship that is not good needs to end. So goodbye Dr Pepper!

    I'm using My Fitness Pal right now too. I have been an avid sparker for a long time- but was always slacking on tracking my food. The other program is easier to use on mobile- but I do enjoy my spark support too :)
