Alrighty, so, Week 1, my goals changed. I'm not sure when I ran across the site, but I've been using My Fitness Pal for a week now. I have tracked every day, and wow, some of it's an eye opener. But 7 days straight tracking! Woohoo me! The link to my Fitness Pal Profile is: www.myfitnesspal.com/foo

My next part of my plan? Exercise. Yeah, I've said it before. But I have challenged my husband to lose some of his weight and tone up, and he looked at me and said only if I did too. So...CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!
I do not have a goal date right now. I think I'm going to give it a month (May 16th) to see what my progress is before I actually put a date on my Goal. But, I am progressing in the right direction. Hopefully I will have lost something. I will weigh in the morning, before work.
