Rough weekend

I have had a terrible cold since Friday, yesterday I was miserable and took 2 naps, ate too much, but today I felt much better and got right back on track with tracking my food and I exercised on the treadmill for 40 mins, yahoo, it feels good enough to exercise again emoticon

    Just be careful exercising too soon after having been can affect your heart which is a muscle. If you already have and feel great, then thats the answer.

    Glad you are feeling better. Hang in there. Colds last about 10 days at the most.
