Feel really good today! I had a setback or two and now I'm back on the band wagon again! I got my exercise done this morning - Wii Fit stuff and then a 30 minute walk around my neighborhood.

I hope I can convince myself to start exercising in the morning before I get ready for work. Maybe I should start with some stretches and just getting up a few minutes early for that - work my way up to getting up about 30 minutes or so earlier than I have been to do some SparkPeople strength training and maybe some cardio, too.

Tomorrow night, I'll probably go back to my Water Aerobics class at the gym. I've got to get back and start doing the machines again, too! Last time I did them was at least 2 weeks ago now. LOL! I've got too many options!! How to coordinate them all?! Oh well. I just get pretty regular emails from my gym's 'Coach Approach' thing which tells me how many pounds I've pushed in terms of African elephants and calories burned in terms of banana splits.
