Small changes done consistently make the changes that lead to permanent change.
I have been preaching to myself that as I make small changes I will reach my goals.
So no eating at work. It is only 2 1/2 hours I can get through 3 hours without eating.
It is the strawberries that got me last time.
Walking 5x a week 30 minutes but I need to increase my milage.
Work in the yard : planting, pulling weeds or pruning. 30 minutes 3 x a week.

now I am going off to replace the syrup in my humming bird feeders.
they are just such a joy to watch. One comes and buzzes around as I change the feeders. They sound like a little airplane zooming in. I just stay still till he settles down after all it is his nature to be protective of his food source.
