Still no weight loss since starting to eat LCHF. I am reading Mark Sisson's Primal Blueprint and have decided to cut the cheese (except for a bit of aged gouda that I bought yesterday), eat more nuts, cut all artificial sweeteners and as many processed foods as possible. I'm hoping this will help. I have gained 3 pounds since eating LCHF and I'm not sure why. I have also been trying to manage my blood sugars better and as a result of this diet I do not have to use as much insulin, so that should help, right? The only other idea I have in my mind is the fact that I usually have to eat about 2-4 glucose tablets per day to treat low blood sugars (I am working on that!!). Could a max of 16 extra carbs per day really be causing me to GAIN weight every week even though my total daily carb intake aside from the tablets is in the 30's? I guess it's possible.
I started the Insanity workout last night too. If this workout routine plus my eating habits do not cause me to lose weight, I don't know what will!!
