I finally did it! I have been on & off again on diets for years. Very good & legit ones too. Last month, I committed myself on the 17 Day Diet. Sounds like a fad diet but it is a very healthy one. I was on cycle 1 for 17 days FAITHFULLY. I officially lost 2lbs & couldn't go any further. I started the Ideal Protein diet 6days ago and I lost........wait for it.........13lbs AND 6 inches! OMG! I can't believe it! I'm so excited! Some people are already noticing the loss too. I still feel fantastic as well! What kills me is that the diet is so expensive! But now having tasted the weight loss and how well it works for me, I need to push through it and make the finances work. My husband tells me "you can't put a price on your health!". He's been very supportive! Can't wait to report to you all next week! Happy losing, everyone!
