Fitness
1. 1500 Fitness Minutes - 3 hours of swimming, 3 days of strength, 3 walk/jogs per week - I am doing great with this goal, currently at 1326 fitness minutes
2. 30 for 30 - 10 crunches/10 military push-ups/10 burpees each day for a total of 300 each for the month. - 240 crunches/193 push-ups/ 162 burpees
3. Swim a total of 21,000 meters. - 11379 meters
Nutrition
1. Eat 5 veggies each day. (70% - 21 days) - 10/21 days
2. Eat 4 fruits each day. (70% - 21 days) - 10/21 days
3. Eat in my range each day. (70% - 21 days) - 10/21 days

To reach the 300 goal for each of the areas, I need to do
1. 8 crunches/day
2. 18 burpees/day - YIKES! split into two sessions
3. 14 push-ups/day
