Love lighthouses like you!!! Never seen a totally white one before! Thanks for posting your photos! At one time Cape May Beach was on Mr. Beaches top beaches in the U.S.-maybe it still is! Love the White Herons-we get them off and on in the pond right next to our house! Also tons of dragonflies and frogs! emoticon

Almost like being there.. I noticed something on the ground as we walked today, and thanks to you, I did stop and check, I thought it might have been a butterfly... but no, I have seen mosquitoes already though... sure could use some of those dragonflies to eat them all up. emoticon emoticon

I thought I had missed something. I was so glad you Identified the Red Admiral because what we saw was a Monarch no white on the wing tips. We are getting very gentle rain and minute by minute we find plants emerging from the ground. We have such a short growing season we have to be sure to get plants in early otherwise we do not see them at maturity.
I would love to see YOUR lighthouse and BEACH, hugs Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
