So last weekend ended will enough, but by time it came for me to update Sparkpeople Monday night (day 5) I was already not feeling well. Tuesday and Wednesday were spent in bed, and Thursday and Friday involved a little more than that!
Now the up side to being sick is that I lost like 10 pounds (probably all water!!!) But it still felt good to see the scale Saturday morning. So we are calling today, Sunday, the start of week 2. This week should be back to normal, but then again I don't think I remember what normal is exactly.
I am planning on working out at the YMCA on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday this week, since my kids have classes there. Monday night there is ANOTHER soccer game, and Wednesday is a break. Saturday is the Bowling Banquet, another soccer game, and housecleaning. Plenty of activity, and time to make good food choices. This may now be a 10 pound week, but a 2 pound week would be GREAT!!!
Smaller steps cover the same distance, except you get to enjoy the surroundings a bit longer!!!
